Yes - on a down day - a flower was the perfect gift to stimulate a new creation. In Spain they often refer to this flower as the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law - as they grow facing away from each other ! Our challenge was to reproduce this ever so delicate gift into a flower that shows the magic of a timely gift - using very dramatic lighting to create an almost mystical sensation rather than a realistic depiction. This needlepoint quite resembles an oil painting - it is very nice. We used fifty different colors to create this needlepoint flower. This needlepoint canvas is not available for purchase at this time. More Flowers will be offered shortly - a sample may be viewed below.
