Samantha Taylor Thinking 2 Needlepoint Canvas - again an original oil painting by the author - is a remake of Thinking into Pastel Colors giving a completely different mood to this design. This painting was created while the author lived in Madrid - Spain - a lively and dynamic city with a bright sun and colors. The colors are much more muted than in the photo above. Below is a blowup of a section of the 12 count canvas - any subtle pastel color combinations will work nicely.

The triangulation of this composition respects classical art rules in their strictest sense.
