We can only refund shipping and insurance costs if the
return is a result of our error. We now have return centers
within the United States. Email us for the center closest
to you.
SHIPPING:
We offer FedEx Courier Air service for needlepoint
kits and canvases. The Beach Chair is UPS Ground. Please
note there is no weekend delivery - so the 3rd Day means
three business days. We will confirm your order via
e-mail. We will also e-mail you when the order is shipped
and include the tracking number.
The shipping cost will be added to
the purchase price upon final check out.
